Regulier studio's are located in Reguliersdwarsstraat.
The Reguliersdwarsstraat is definitely the hippest street in Amsterdam, as far as nightlife is concerned.

The street is a mixture of upmarket gay bars, restaurants and clubs.
We are located and surrounded by cafés and restaurants its a super location to experience.

Its romantic atmosphere is coupled with comfortable accommodation.
Located right in the heart of the city, Regulier studio offers a studio that is next to the world famous tourist attractions such as the Flower Market, and the Damsquare, Rembrandt and Leidse Square.

The studio is equipped with TV and a DVD player, fully equipped kitchen, coffee & tea facilities and a bathroom with toilet.


Upon arrival you will be asked to pay the full amount for the whole duration of your stay.
We accept cash payment only on arrival.

Security Deposit - A Euro 100 per apartment security deposit is required, this is refunded when the key is returned back at Cosmos hostel.


We do not accept group bookings of 5 people or more

Our studio is furnished with amenities to provide the comforts of home.

The studio for 4 person has 1 bedroom and 1 big living room so it’s comfortable for 2 or 4 guests.

Regulier studio has a narrow and winding stairway, which may not be suitable for the elderly. There is no elevator or facilities for the handicapped available.


Terms and Conditions

1. Pets and organising parties are forbidden.

2. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the bookings confirmation.

3. Please behave like 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbour's! Don't play loud music, scream and shout, etc.

4. If the Renter violates the above terms, the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent.

5. The Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment at any time.

6. A copy off all passports will be made during check-in.

7. The guests will receive the studio in a clean and proper condition and are expected to return it in the same condition.
We accept cash payment only on arrival.

8. We have an age restriction, only 18 to 45 year olds permitted

9. We do not accept group bookings of 5 people or more
Breakfast is not included.
You will get your own keys, so you can come and go as you like.

Directions

To collect the keys and pay the bill and receive directions to your studio you must go to Hostel Cosmos - 17 Nieuwe Nieuwstraat - to collect your apartment keys.

From the airport take a train to Central Station:

You get out of the station. Walk over to the Victoria Hotel. When you are facing the hotel, you turn right and go into the second street on the left Martelaars Gracht (street name). Keep Walk down that street You
than pass 8 aley's Csmall streets) on you left hand you will see, Nieuwe Nieuwstraat go in this alley you are in Nieuwe Nieuwstraat, we are number 17 Hostel Cosmos . Here you can get the keys and directions to our studio.
