Unlike the all-inclusive resorts, where your food is prepaid in a package, staying in a villa allows you to experience Negril to the fullest by trying the various restaurants along the beach or cliffs. Room service is also available from our oceanfront Beach House Restaurant and Bar which offers casual island dining right on the beach and is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner or late night drinks. We also offer a variety of meal plans ranging from $85/day per person to $8/day per person. Cook Service is an option available upon request.

Water sports are located right on the beach and shopping/crafts markets are a five-minute walk. Besides the beach and water sports, there are the spectacular West End Cliffs, horseback riding, golf, hiking, mountain springs and caves, reggae shows and waterfalls.

With the villas, come a housekeeping staff, gardener, 24-hour security and office personnel. All villas have A/C, ceiling fans, DSL internet connection, built-in safes, cable TV, phones, deck and/or patio. Due to the fantastic location of the villas right in the middle of Negril’s 7-mile Beach, almost everything is within walking distance.

We offer ground transportation at $40/pp round trip for groups of 4 or more arriving together or $120 total round trip for 1-3 guests.

Juta Tours & Taxis are also available from Montego Bay airport to Negril. Costs vary.
