Directions
From the Ferrovia train station (Santa Lucia):
It is very easy to get lost in Venice so the best way to get to our hostel is to take the Vaporetto (waterbus) to the S. Tomà stop. The ticket is 6.50 Euro but it is money well spent (you can also buy a 24h/48h/72h ticket).
When you arrive at S. Tomà go straight and then the first possible right. You'll come to a square (Campo San Tomà) with a church to your right. Turn right after the church. On the left (next to the church) take the Calle del Traghetto. Before you reach the bridge turn right. We are the first door on the right, ring the bell labelled 'MUSEUM'.

If you still chose to walk from the train or bus station here are the directions:
From the bus station head towards the glass bridge (Ponte dei Tolentini) cross it and continue straight until you arrive at the train station and continue with directions from the train station.
When you leave the train station turn left, heading towards the big bridge (Ponte degli Scalzi) and cross it. Turn right onto Fondamenta San Simeon Piccolo. Then turn left onto Fondamenta dei Tolentini and continue in that direction until you arrive at Campo dei Tolentini. Look for the street called Corte dei Amai and follow this street until you arrive at Campo San Rocco. Take the street called Saliz S. Rocco; at the end of Saliz S. Rocco take Calle Larga Prima which will be in front of you. Continue straight and arrive at Campo San Tomà. On the left (next to the church) take the Calle del Traghetto. Before you reach the bridge turn right. We are the first door on the right, ring the bell labelled 'MUSEUM'.
