Reconstructed from an ancient flour mill for oil in the second half of the 1800s, 'Relais la Belluccia' offers large apartments and rooms.

Both the rooms and the apartments have furniture that resemble the period in which the old structure was built. The property is situated in an area between two rivers, in the hills to the west of Florence, a rural area of charming beauty, sorrounded by vines, olive trees, fruit trees, and forests.

The past is still alive in the small villages, the small old farms and the ancient villas.


You will find 'Relais la Belluccia' in a green area of some hectares, neighboring a lake where you will be amused with the peace. The apartments have been recently renovated with care and attention to many details. They are all very comfortable and they keep intact the old characteristics, like the cypress beams and the steps in stone.

The private garden of the three apartments and the seven rooms has at your disposition tables and chairs for you to enjoy your meal in the open air. The swimming pool is situated in the garden with beautiful trees.

In a wing of the old flour mill you will find a restaurant in which the stones of the flour mill and the nineteenth-century press are still very visible. Here you will be able to taste a wide selection of typical Tuscan dishes.

highway A11 Florence-Pisa - exit 'Pistoia': In the direction to 'Montecatini Terme' and when you arrive at 'Ponte di Serravalle' turn right to 'Marliana'. From there after 2 km, you will find La Belluccia on the left side.

By Air:
the nearest airport is Peretola in Florence. It is about 35 km from the property. Galileo Galilei airport in Pisa is at 45 km from La Belluccia.

By Train:
the nearest railway station is Montecatini Terme. It is 5 km from La Belluccia.
