A small villa on Pescara´s hills, where “relax and welcome” are the key words, where you can sleep in a double bedroom with parquet and old style furniture. From the private street you can admire the beautiful sunset behind the “Sleeping Beauty” (bella Addormentata), Gran Sasso mountain.

In the morning you´ll wake up from the fragrance of typical Abruzzo´s cakes with coffee, milk, tea, fruit juice ect. If you want, you could have a list of the most interesting places to visit.


If you like handicrafts, we will indicate you what is produced in Abruzzo, ceramics wrought iron, and where it is produced.

From North and South:(www.Autostrade.it) Exit highway A14 toll-gate Pescara Nord, Nazionale Adriatica as far as the entry to the ring road of Pescara, leading to Pescara Colli, take the exit: Pescara Colli, turn left, go along Via Prati until Agip Petrol, turn left and go on Via Monti di Campli; in front of Peter's Bar, turn left on Via Colle Innamorati, go on for 900 mt. when you see Via Palmerini on your right, in front of it you find Via Campo Felice.

From Ovest: Highway Pescara - Roma, exit Pescara Ovest, Asse Attrezzato (ring road) to Pescara, exit Pescara Colli, turn left, go along via Prati until Agip Petrol, turn left and go on Via Monti di Campli; in front of Peter's Bar, turn left on Via Colle Innamorati, go on for 900 mt., when you see Via Palmerini on your right, in front of it you find Via Campo Felice.

From Airport (www.Abruzzo-airport.it) Liberi of Pescara (PLAN): Statale Tiburtina Valeria, entry in ring road of Pescara, leading to Pescara Colli, exit Pescara Colli, turn right, go along Via Prati until Agip Petrol, turn left and go on Via Monti di Campli; in front of Peter's Bar, turn left on Via Colle Innamorati go on for 900mt., in front of Via Palmerini (on your right) you'll find Via Campo Felice.
