La Finestra Sul Mercato

The “La Finestra sul Mercato” B&B is located in the heart of the Vucciria, an ancient palermitano marketplace. The mansion, of first of `the 900 is very close from the ancient Church of Saint Domenico, one of the main palermitani places of culture.

The entire historical centre, with the Four Songs, to the Cathedral, from the Italico Hole with its Mura of the Bad ones and Happy Door, from Marine Public square and Public square of the Shame, is easily reachable with a short walk.
Nearby there are also the Maximum Theatre, the Politeama Theatre, the station centres, the port, the University and the zone hospital.

At night, the area is studded with many pub, disc-pub, small restaurants, trattorie and typical inns Sicilian, accommodating people of all ages and nationalities.


The various floors of the mansion accommodate everyone two rooms, coloured and furnished according to various styles, arranged with independent entrance, supply with A/C, radio, alarm clock, WiFi connection, Italian and foreign bookcase.

Our guests will be able to use every other space of the house, including the living room with its library, the TV and a portable computer.
Every morning, we will offer you cornetti, jams, typical sicilian sweets, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cappuccino.
In addition, on the second floor there is a fridge, an electric kettle and a coffee machine available for our guests.

Directions

From the Station: continue on Via Rome, after the crossing with Course Vittorio Emanuele, turn to the right on Saint Public square Domenico, take the second narrow lane on the skilful one will directly lead you in via Coltellieri.

From the Airport: enter in freeway Palermo direction, exit to the svincolo of Calatafimi Course, then continue straight along course Vittorio Emanuele. At the crossing with via Rome, turn left on the same one, to continue straight, to drive around on the right on Saint Public square Domenico, the second narrow lane on the skillful one will lead to you directly in via Coltellieri.

From the port: Exiting from the port, to svoltare on the left on via Francisco Crispi. To continue until Public square of the Memory, to turn to right on Via Cavour, Before the semaforo of the crossing with via Rome, to svoltare on the left, until reaching Saint Public square Domenico. To turn along the Public square and to drive around on the second narrow lane on the right that will lead to you directly in Via Coltellieri.
