The beauty of the apartment is characterized by the bright and vast terrace offering a view on the back of the historical steam plant building of the Zappoli brothers of 1884, as well as on the open sky, richly coloured flowers, and the red bricks which are typical for Bologna.

'La Terrazza Felice' is situated at the Porta San Felice, one of the 12 doors of the medieval city wall giving entrance to the Via Emilia Ponente directing under the Due Torri in the city centre.

After a little walk under the arcades you will reach the statue of Neptune in “Piazza Maggiore”, a meeting point for all inhabitants of Bologna.


'La Terrazza Felice' is only a 15 minutes’ walk from the Central Rail Station, very near to the Palazzo dello Sport in Piazza Azzarita, two steps from the Cineteca Comunale, two bus stops from the General Hospital.

The Bologna fair district is easily reached in about 15 minutes by taking the bus number 38 or in about 10 minutes by car.

The airport of Bologna is easily reachable by the BLQ shuttle bus or in 15 minutes by using a Taxi.

'La Terrazza Felice' can be attained well by car as it is situated immediately outside the historical city center closed for car traffic (ZTL) and supervised by the Sirio system, but at the same time in optimal proximity to the historical center, so that one can explore the city comfortably to foot.

The apartment is on the first floor, it has an entrance, two rooms, a joint bathroom, a kitchen and a wide and very nice terrace. It is furnished in a modern and functional style.

Your room is equipped with a double bed, as well as with a futon sofa which can be transformed into a comfortable bed (1 ½ places), a desk with internet Wi-Fi access for your notebook, a wardrobe, a tv. At the occurrence a baby single bed could be added.

Your ample and silent, modern furnished room can be used as single, double or triple room.

Breakfast may be served on the terrace or in the kitchen, in “Mediterranean” style: fruit, muesli, biscuits, milk, coffee, tea, butter, honey, jam, fresh croissants; or in “Continental” style: fruit, muesli, fresh bread, orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, butter, nutella, jam, honey, sausages.

FROM FORLI AIRPORT: If you land with Ryanair in Forlì airport, you can find the Shuttle e-Bus to Bologna just outside the arrival terminal.You can buy the ticket directly on the e-Bus (12 euro) and in 1h of travel you will arrive in Bologna at the Main Bus Station.

By side the Main Bus Station in Bologna, you cross the street (Viale Angelo Masini) and you take the normal city Bus line n. 33 (get the ticket on the bus 1 euro) . After 10 min. the Bus n. 33 arrive to the bus stop of “Porta san Felice” (ask to the bus driver to indicate you). LA TERRAZZA FELICE B&B is just around the corner, in Via dello Scalo n. 3.

FROM BOLOGNA AIRPORT: If you arrive at the Bologna airport, you can take the shuttle BLQ Aerobus (take the ticket on the bus, 5 euro). Ask to the bus driver to descend at the Bus stop “Ospedale Maggiore”. Here you can take the bus number 13. Decend after three stops really near to Via dello Scalo n. 3 were LA TERRAZZA FELICE B&B is placed.
