Appart Valley Résidence Les Chartrons

The Appart Valley Résidence Les Chartrons is situated near the center of the historical district of Bordeaux and a 5-minute walk from the quais. Bordeaux hosts numerous artistic, historical and architectural vestiges and several economical activities, and is one of the most modern centers of the Sud-Ouest region.

The residence offers 79 apartments and studios fully equipped and studied to host from 1 to 4 guests, according to your specific needs.

Two meeting rooms, with a maximum capacity of 20 people each, are at your disposal for seminars, conferences and meetings.

The 79 studios and apartments feature kitchenette with microwave, tableware and coffee-maker, air-conditioning, individual heating, satellite and Pay TV, ADSL and Wi-Fi connection (coming soon) and direct dial phone.


All accommodations have a private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer.

A covered parking inside the residence is available.

From the train station: Take TRAM (front of the station) LINE C UNTIL “PLACE DES QUINCONCES” and take TRAM B UNTIL BUS STOP “MEDOC”, cross the Quai (the river must be behind you) on your left take the STREET POYENNE (it with a door arched out of stone) then TAKE FIRST ON YOUR LEFT (street ANDRE DARBON) you arrived on “PLACE PAUL AVISSEAU”.

From the airport: Take the Shuttle “JET BUS” AND STOP IN THE CENTRE OF THE TOWN FRONT “THE TOURIST OFFICE” .On “Place des Quinconces”, take TRAM B until the BUS STOP “MEDOC”, cross the Quai (the river must be behind you) on your left take the STREET POYENNE (it with a door arched out of stone) then TAKE FISRT ON YOUR LEFT (street ANDRE DARBON), you arrived on “PLACE PAUL AVISSEAU”.


By car
From any highway, take exit Bordeaux Centre and follow indications to Quais.

By train
The train station is a 10-minute ride away.

By airplane
From the Bordeaux airport, it takes a 20-minute ride to reach the hotel.
Buses are also available: take line 1, 4, 9, 24 or 29.
