Hosteria Papagayo

Hosteria Papagayo is situated only one hour from Quito but we see things differently as we are located in the middle of Ecuador's amazing volcanoes.

Our guesthouse has rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people. The rooms are clean, comfy and cosy. Some of them are ensuite and some of them have fireplaces in the room. We also have 3 common bathrooms at the house with hot water available 24 hours a day.

PapaGayo offers a number of daily activities to choose from – mountain climbing, horseback riding, bicycle tours, day trips and more.

You are welcome to enjoy the charm of a 150-year old farm in the spectacular ‘Avenue of the Volcanoes’, a part of the western mountain range of the Andes located south of Quito in Ecuador.

Directions

Take a bus directly to Machachi where you can either call us to pick you up or get a taxi to bring you here.

Any bus from Quito that is going to Latacunga can drop you off 1.5 km after the Machachi toll booth at the dirt road entrance from where we are just a 10 minutes walk.
