The apartment 'Happyhours' lies centrally 3 minutes remotely to metro-station U1 Keplerplatz, only 5 minutes drive in the Vienna City Stephansdom and 10 minutes to the recreational park Praterstern. The Danube Island with vast recreational area and Vienna International Centre 13 minutes remotely.

'Happyhours' is a 5-minutes drive away from the south railway station, 10 minutes of the west railway station and only half an hour remotely from the airport' Vienna Airport'.
The house borders on a park. In front of the house there is a supermarket 'Zielpunkt', restaurants and numerous shops.

Apartment description.

The suite contains a nice foyer, three sleeping rooms with full new equipment, completely equipped kitchen, bath inclusive
WC.

2 rooms with each 2 beds, also as double-bed use, separate entrance, to lock,
1 room with 2 spleeping chairs, bath include WC, kitchen and anteroom

Unique cleaning costs: for 1 night € 5,-- - for 2 nights or

Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel your reservation(we hope you don't), this is free of charge only if done at least
14 days prior to arrival (written cancellation).
If you book 1-3 nights - 1 night cost of cancellation
If you book 4-7 nights - 2 nights cost of cancellation
(no written cancellation)
If you book 1-7 nights - 2 nights cost of cancellation
books more than 7 nights - there is to pay 3 nights deposit (bank transfer).


The payment of the overnight stay costs can occur cash by key handing over in euro. No credit card.

We must know absolutely your approximate arrival time.
The apartment is private and planned only for guests.
The landlady must go after agreed arrival time in the apartment to wait on your arrival for the key handing over.
There is no reception.

If you have arrived in front of the entrance to the building.
On the right beside the entrance is a digital bell arrangement.
Choose the number 261 and press the key with the bell symbol.
The landlady announces herself and opens the main entrance. With one of the double elevators you go to the 7th floor. Then immediately to the right, through the first glass door, along the way, on the right through the second glass door. The second door in the gangway on the right side is the number 261 - Apartment 'Happyhours'.

Please, around communication of your very precise arrival time in Vienna. For the key handing over, the landlady must wait in the apartment for the guest.

Check in time in general: 12.00 o’clock at lunchtime or later on your arrival day.
After 10.00 o’clock in the morning you can deposit your baggage.
Between 10.00 and 12.00 o’clock, when the previous guest has left the apartment, we need some time to clean the apartment for you.

Check out time in general: 10.00 o’clock in the morning on your departure day.

By the car:

From the south highway coming.
You go always in the direction of Gürtel - you follow always straight ahead Landstrasser Gürtel of wide Wiedner Gürtel of wide Margarethen Gürtel - direction Wienerberger- City up to the Matztleinsdorferplatz
There on the left turn, under the overpass by, immediately on the left in the Gudrunstrasse bend inwards, then straight ahead, the first street on the left side, is the lane Sonnleithnergasse. On the corner there is the restaurant Friends and the supermarket Zielpunkt.
Behind the parking lot barrier straight ahead you see the wide blue front doors
to house No. 2 - Your destination.


From the west highway coming.
You go always in the direction of Gürtel.
You follow always straight ahead the Wiental Strasse further Hackinger Kai further Hitzinger Kai further Schönbrunner Schlossstrasse , then on the right in Gaudenzdorfer Gürtel and then Margarethen Gürtel - direction Wienerberger City up to the Matzleinsdorferplatz. There on the right turn, under the overpass by then turn immediately on the left into Gudrunstrasse, then straight ahead, the first street on the left side is the Sonnleithnergasse. On the corner there is the restaurant Friends and the supermarket Zielpunkt

Arrival south railway station.
Go through the main entrance to the bus stops go. Take the tram line No. 18 in direction Burggasse – Stadthalle - drive till station - Matzleinsdorferplatz . Leave the tram, go left the stair down, then to the left and straight ahead, then the first gangway right side to the elevator. In the elevator press key bus. Go out of the elevator and go the left.
Directly under the bridge you see the stop for bus 14A in direction - Reumannplatz. The second station is the Sonnleithnergasse.
You leave the bus, walk straight ahead. The first street on the left, after supermarket Zielpunkt, is the Sonnleithnergasse. Straight ahead by parking lot barrier up to the main entrance (blue color) house No. 2. Your destination.

Go through the main entrance to the bus stops. Take the tram line No. 6 – in direction Zentralfriedhof 3. Tor, drive to station - Matzleinsdorferplatz.
Leave the tram, go left to the elevator, press key bus, go out of the elevator and go the left. Directly under the bridge you see the stop for bus 14A in direction Reumannplatz. The second station is the Sonnleithnergasse.

From the airport coming.

Take the the shuttle bus till the south railway station.
Take the tram line No. 18 in direction Burggasse – Stadthalle - drive till Matzleinsdorferplatz . Leave the tram, go left, the stair down, then to the left and straight ahead, then
the first gangway right side to the elevator. In the elevator press key bus. Go out of the elevator and go the left.
