Stay in the heart of the most beautiful hills of Italy, exactly on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. Enjoy your cycling directly from my home for miles and miles of backroads. This is a very unique home and location, beautiful, quiet, fascinating, "homey" - not a rental type accomodation, this is a home. Every season has it's beauty.
Using the CAI maps, easily plan your daily rides, or venture further a field on the normal roads to nearby Montone, Preggio, Umbertide, Mercatale di Cortona and Cortona, Gubbio.
If you are an active cyclist, you will not even need to use a car from here, both Mercatale and Umbertide are close by.

Typical Day

Enjoy your cup of coffee on the patio, watch the valley begin to wake up. Plan your route for the day, take off with leasure and explore the Pierle Valley.
