Surrounding Area

Southwestern Nova Scotia is a rich mix of Acadian and English culture. Communities are centered around the ABy of Fundy, home ot the world highest tides. The area boasts award winning golf courses, whale watching, Keji National Park as well as many beaches. Ferriies travel inot the area from New Brunswick and Maine making the area very accessible. The Halifax International Airport is a 2.5 hour drive away. The largest towns in this area are Annapolis, Digby and Yarmouth.

Vacation Rental Property

All rental properties come fully equipped for your stay. All linens are provided as well as basic toletries. All are 2 bedroom or more and are found either on the ocean or one of the beutiful alkes in the area. From private beach or lakeside retreats to condos in historic Digby all are of the higest standard.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

All of our units can accommodate 4- 6 people some can sleep up to eight with a cot or sofabed. Most units have one 4 piece bath but a few have 2 baths.

Amenities

All units come fully equipped for your stay. From all cooking utensils to BBQ's, televsion, VCR or DVD. Not all units have telephones but cell service is available in all areas. Saltwater esCapes cottage also provides a computer and internet in the cottage.

Restrictions

All Sails and Trails Vacation rentals are smoke free. We do have cottages that are pet friendly ( inquire).

Rates & Availability

Rates vary depending on the unit booked. Most rates are weekly. Nightly rates are availalbe and are based on a minimum two night stay.

All cottages and condos are located in Southwestern Nova Scotia along the Acadian Shore. Directions and maps to your cottage will be provided at the time of booking.
