Tobago is really the last of the "unspoilt Caribbean." This strip of elongated land just 41 by 14 kilometres, abounds with natural allure: palm-lined beaches, lush rain forests and pristine coral reefs.

The contrast of rolling hills against wave-beaten shores makes the island an unequalled beauty. The south (windward) coast is washed by the dark green, wave-whipped Atlantic and is lined with vibrant fishing villages while the north (leeward) coast provides Tobago with some of its finest beaches.

In the main, the eastern landscape of the interior rises steeply into tall peaks, providing shelter for the oldest protected rainforest reserve in the western hemisphere.

and just before happy hour for the gentle stretch.

Accommodations

The Captain’s Quarters –3 bedroom top-floor apartment with wrap-around terrace offering hammock, loungers, gas grill with al fresco dining area and panoramic views of the Caribbean.

The Middle Deck –consists of a 1-bedroom apartment where holistic treatments are offered every winter, from June to October. This one- bedroom apartment on the middle level can also be made available for larger groups needing the extra beds to sleep the whole crew comfortably.

Crew’s Nest – large 1-bedroom studio apartment on the lower deck.

In high season, the minimum stay is four nights. Discounts are available on bookings of two weeks or more.

Quoted rates are per apartment, based on an occupancy of 6 people in The Captain's Quarters and 2 people in Middle Deck and Crew's Nest. A charge of US$10 per head, per night, will be charged for occupancy greater than these numbers.

Terms & Conditions
Villa Capacity, Use & Maintenance: The total number of persons allowed to stay in any of the apartments overnight is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for. Should a group misrepresent themselves, its members will be required to pay for the extra person(s) immediately or vacate the premises without refund.

The apartments at Bayview Villa are to be used for private entertaining only. Absolutely NO house parties or big public functions such as weddings are allowed without previous arrangement and permission of owners.

In case of a maintenance problem, after being notified, the owners of Bayview Villa are committed to the earliest resolution of problem possible. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforseen failures such as the supply of electricity, water, pool filtration systems, air conditioning, television/cable service, telephone, appliances, etc. It is the obligation of guests to report any problem or damage to the owners immediately.
