Villa Perka is a family stone house surrounded by pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens. Its interior was fully renovated in 2007.
From its slightly elevated position, 200 m from the sea it commands superb, relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them. Behind, the house is sheltered by the St.Nikola's – the highest peak of the island.

Villa has 3 spacious apartments: Lavanda (2+2), Lantana (4+2) and Bougainville (6+1), each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning seaview.Apartments consist of double bedrooms with private bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and dinning room. Two of them have larder too.The fireplace, parking place and loundry are at everybodies disposal.
