A warm and hospitable couple rent out rooms in this 1895 classic. Valpo ambience seeps from the marrow of this passageway, where piano notes echo from the nearby music school and poinsettias are planted in claw foot tubs. You'll feel the weight of the years in the sighing staircase, stern portraits and deco armoires.

The bedrooms are enormous, filled with mismatched beds and heaped with blankets. A few have lovely harbour views, but the real motivation in coming here is to be called by name and play darts or cards in the old-fashioned drawing room. Breakfast includes real coffee , tea, milk, juice.

Airport
From Santiagos's international airport take a 'Centropuerto' transfer to
Pajaritos station. From here take a bus that goes to Valparaiso (they
leave every fifteen minutes).
BUS
When you arrive at Valparaiso's terminal, take a bus on Av. Pedro Montt towards Reloj Turri. Get off at Reloj Turri and locate the entrance to Concepción elevator, which will take you up into Concepcion Hill. Once you get off the elevator you will be in the Paseo Gervasoni. Walk to the left and up the Templeman street three block and you will arrive at Pasaje Pierre Loti 51.

From Valparaiso's terminal, take a taxi to Cerro Concepcion , “14 asientos”. The rate not more that $3.500 Ch$
