The condo, situated close to the renown El Conquistador Golf Resort, boasts of a refreshing infinity pool, basketball and tennis court, fitness center, recreation room, children's playground, and conference center. Private access to the beach is only a couple of minutes away. The view from your penthouse is absolutely breathtaking, but don't take our word--come see for yourself! You will want to return over and over again!

Other Information

A $250 damage deposit is required at time of reservation. Damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure.



In order to have the Deposit returned, the following must occur: a) No damage is done to the condo or its contents. b) No items are missing upon the inventory check. c) Garbage is placed in outside trash containers d) Dishes are washed and returned to cabinets and cupboards. f) There was no smoking or evidence of smoking inside the rental. g) Condo is left in neat condition, including the upper level penthouse area.

Discounts Offered

A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to all reservations. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, all payments will be retained. If the subject property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less the 5% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for early departure. We strongly recommend guests purchase Travel Insurance if they are concerned about the risk of having to cancel their reservation due to family emergency, health, weather or other conditions. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that travel insurance is recommended and is available to you.
