Vacation Rental Property
Summit Peaks Lodge SOUTH is a newly built 4,000 sq ft, 3 floor, rustic log cabin home. It is located in Silverthorne, Colorado inside the White River National Forest. There is a stream running through the backyard and beautiful waterfalls just a mile away.
The cabin features an outdoor hot tub, a pool table in the living area, and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. All the wood flooring on the main level is heated for keeping warm on cold winter nights.
There's lots of comfortable space for group gatherings or quiet times in the two spacious living rooms. They feature huge 32" SONY TV's, satellite DirecTV service, DVD players, and awesome views of gorgeous Lake Dillon and the Gore Mt. Range.
The kitchen is fully equiped for entertaining large groups. It opens into the dining room and living room, and is fully stocked with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, and complete small appliances.

50% Advance Payment Required with Reservation
Full prepayment is due 90 days prior to arrival
Check out cleaning required, maid service available at additional charge.
Minimum 4 night stay required.
A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
All rates and taxes are subject to change.
Check in time is 5:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

No Pets Allowed loose deposit
Deposit Policy:
A $550 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 14 days after departure
Refund Policy:
A 15% fee is applied to all canceled reservation
For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund may be issued.
Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 15% cancellation fee
