Treasure Beach, located on Jamaica’s South Coast, is the home of community tourism in Jamaica, where visitors and residents mix freely. The ideal place for a relaxing vacation, Treasure Beach, in the parish of St. Elizabeth, is flanked by the Santa Cruz Mountains and the Caribbean Sea. For visitors from abroad, Treasure Beach is about a two and a half hour drive from the Donald Sangster international airport in Montego Bay or three hours from the Norman Manley international airport in Kingston.

Treasure Beach is the home of the literary festival, Calabash, held towards the end of May each year. Jamaicans from all over the country and visitors from abroad flock to the area to enjoy the feast of words, music, food and the great vibes.


With Treasure Beach as a base, you can explore many attractions on the South Coast of Jamaica, including Black River and the Black River Safari - a boat ride down Jamaica’s longest navigable river, where you will see crocodiles, mangrove trees, and birds.

Accommodations

Two Seasons Guest House offers 10 bedrooms with own bathrooms. A comfortable living and dining area, and kitchen complete the guest house. There is a deck adjoining the living and dining area.
Rooms can be booked individually or the entire guest house can be reserved for executive retreats and reunions or get-togethers of family and friends. We will gladly help you plan your gathering.

The living room has a stereo, television, DVD and books (featuring Jamaican and West Indian authors), and a variety of board and other games for the shared enjoyment of all guests.

Two Seasons Guest House offers 10 bedrooms), each with its own bathroom.

There are seven standard rooms and three deluxe rooms with kitchenettes, equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster oven and utensils.

Each room is equipped with a fridge, kettle, ceiling fan and television.

Seven rooms offer you a choice of either twin or king beds and three are furnished with queen beds.

To confirm your reservation:

31 days or more before requested arrival date:
10% non-refundable deposit of the total amount.

30 days or less before requested arrival date:
For reservations of more than one night, deposit of 50% of the total amount. If 10% already paid then balance of 40% must be paid.
Balances payable on arrival.

For reservations of one night, 100% deposit required.

Rescheduling your Reservation:
We will happily reschedule or change the dates of your reservation (subject to availability) up to 3 days before arrival date for a further 10% non-refundable charge.

Cancellation
In case the 50% deposit is not paid within 14 days before arrival,
we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and to apply the 10% cancellation fee.

If you cancel the reservation:

More than 14 days before your arrival date – refund of deposit less 10% non-refundable amount

14 days to 1 day before arrival date – cancellation fee of one night.

24 hours before arrival date or no show – no refund of total advance paid.

No refund for late arrivals, early departures or unused nights, or no-shows.

Refund method

Payments made by credit card will only be refunded to the same credit card.

Payments made by traveller’s cheque, manager’s cheque, bank draft or bank transfer will only be refunded after funds have been cleared by our bank. In some cases this can take up to one month and more.

No refund for late arrivals, early departures and no shows.

Cancellations should be in writing (letter, fax, or e-mail).
