Great Retreat This home was in impeccable shape upon our arrival. The back yard and pool area receive an abundant amount of sun. The home itself is COMPLETELY equipped for any eventuality. My wife and I would highly recommend this home, and in fact plan to reserve it for next year as well.

Description of Surrounding Area

The area is minutes from Wilton Manors and 10 min from the beach by car. we are about 10 min by car to the downtown Fort Lauderdale. Also we are only a 15 minutes from the airport and Las Olas is about 10 minutes from the villa.

Enter this Lauderdale home from your circular drive for added elegance. Your adventure begins in this once summer beach villa through a soft yellow exterior to a living room. It has three bedrooms with two full baths. You have tile throughout the spacious floor plan. You will walk each morning into your newly designed designer kitchen a chef's dream! In the mornings,You can sip coffee in the dining room. Or relax at the pool on a tropical patio set enjoying the sunlit day enjoying the view of the tropical palms and tropical foliage outside.This home has a fantastic pool oasis with a spacious deck for sunbathing and soaking it the warm tropical breezes of the Florida sky. The pool offers complete privacy and natural vegetation and a tropical island feel to refresh your soul daily. Then travel to your master retreat for a intimate evening or a private bath in jacuzzi tub your room also have a private exit to the sunbathing area of the pool. For your safety, the house has reinforced windows for Florida's extreme weather. Home has a dining room for six, and a living room with a couch that can be a full size bed also. The home has for your Television viewing a 50' Big screen Television and three other TV's are included in the home.In the Master bedroom we have a new 32" LCD TV for your enjoyment. The larger TV sets each have DVD players for a total of three. We include also high speed internet and a vista compatible printer, scanner and copier. Home includes all bedroom linens and bathroom towels and 2 beach towels for your lazy pool days. The Villa has three bedrooms and two baths and normal amount of guest is six but can take up to 9 nine guest with additional fees charged after six guest.

We have four TV's one is a 50 inch big screen TV and the other one is a 32 inch LCD Flat screen TV. Then they are two more TV's in the home and 3 DVD players.also 2 VCR"S.

This is a non smoking Villa, smoking is permitted outside at the pool.

Other Information

We do ask for the safety of our guest that all guest must be over the age of five and be fair swimmers, in order to book a reservation in a pool Villa. If guest do have a child under age five that does not know how to swim, then the only way to book our Villa will be to provide a certified lifeguard during your stay to protect your child during pool hours. Failure to abide will bar your booking in the villa. We are only concerned about the safety of your child and prefer a non booking then any serious threat or danger to your child.
