Great shopping is available in one of our unique boutiques, antique shops, or trading places. If you enjoy making pottery we also have a pottery shop. Cart Barn Inn offers elegant and lush accommodations in 10 rooms. Six are spacious kings w/pillowtop bedding and mattress tops, some are down tops. Four are queen suites w/pillowtop bedding and mattress tops, some are down tops. Hot Southern Breakfast is served in the dining room consisiting of bacon,sausage, eggs, gravy, grits, pancakes, syrup, french toast, quiche, muffins, sweet breads, sausage,creamcheese dish, coffee, o.j., apple juice, milk and fruit, are samples of things that are served at Cart Barn Inn.
Cart Barn Inn also has RV parking available nightly, weekly & monthly.
On the covered back porch is a gas grill and a charcoal grill available for our guest. There are also 2 firepits available for roasting hot dogs, marshmellows, and just for warming on a cool night. There are table and chairs and swings available on the covered back porch and on the gazebo.

Pets are restriced in the Cart Barn Inn. We are pet lovers but with only 10 rooms there are alot of people with allergies to animals and so we restrict animals. We do however have someone that works for the Cart Barn inn that will house dogs for our guest for a fee. Kitty and her family love animals and treat them with the greatest of respect.
There is no age or gender limit at Cart Barn Inn.

Cart Barn Inn is pleased to announce Tyler House Bed & Breakfast as an extension of Cart Barn Inn properties. 4000SF of Rich and lush accommodations. Four bedrooms. 3 Queens room. The fourth bedroom is used only when the whole house is rented by one family.
Whole house rental is $695 to $895 per night. Alison & Robert Queens are $119 to $ 149 per night. Tyler House Master is $139 to $169 per night. Tyler House B&B is non smoking. Smoking is permitted outside.

Cart Barn Inn is unique and unusual in the fact that at one time it was the cart barn for Yoda Creek Golf Course. The outside front and side still remain to look like a cart barn for golf carts but once the door opens and you step in the inside Cart Barn Inn is uniquely warm and elegant. When you walk down the hall and open the door to the room the normal response is WOW, I never expected this. I have been told by guest this is the best kept secret and the best surpise for accommodations they have ever experienced. During the month of January and February if you stay 3 consecetive nights the 3rd night is free when you pay for 2 nights. Directions

From Oxford from hwy 6 take hwy 7south. When 7 splits take the left which is 9w toward Bruce. This is about a 25 minute drive. There is a large flashing Cart Barn Inn sign on the right side of the road when you get to County Road 259. Take a right and go 7/10 a mile. Cart Barn Inn is on the right.

From Tupelo take hwy 6 to 9 before you get to Pontotoc. Stay on 9 until it comes to a dead end. Turn left and the first rd which is County Road 259, turn right and go 7/10 of a mile and Cart Barn Inn is on the right. This is about a 45 to 50 minute trip.

From Grenada take hwy 8 to Calhoun City. Take Hwy 9 from Calhoun City to Bruce. When you get to the red light in Bruce continue straight for 2 miles. There will be a large lighted Cart Barn Inn sign on the left side of the road. Turn left on County Road 259. Cart Barn Inn is 7/10 mile on the right
