Description of Surrounding Area

If you enjoy peace and tranquility in beautiful surroundings then you will love Blue Sky villa. Located in a small village in rural Portugal it is a recently completed fully restored property. The village where it is located is known for it's restored windmills and there is also a picnic area. The views from the windmills over the vineyards and villages is spectacular. It's is a nice walk from the villa and you can enjoy a picnic and watch the sun set. There are lots of small towns and villages to visit in the area and the silver coast beaches are approx 40 minutes drive away. There are also castles, caves, ruins, medieval mosaics, river bathing, go-karting, a water park etc all within easy access. You can do as much or as little as you want. It really is like stepping back in time and enjoying a slower pace of life. Fresh bread is delivered to the village daily - delicious to enjoy whilst enjoying the view from one of the two upper terraces. If you enjoy bird watching there are lots of varieties in the area, including birds of prey.

The villa consists of four bedrooms, however, the fourth downstairs bedroom has yet to be completed but will be used as a games room rather than a bedroom. There are three double bedrooms upstairs, the master bedroom has ensuite and a kingsize bed and access to a front open terrace overlooking the swimming pool and a covered back terrace overlooking the garden and villages in the distance. The back bedroom has twin beds and french doors leading to the back covered terrace. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower upstairs.

Sleeps six in three large double bedrooms, one with ensuite, plus one downtairs shower room and one upstairs bathroom with shower and bath.
