Fish and Cross Ranch and Pack Country Outfitters offers family vacations on a working cattle & horse ranch with 5000 deeded ac and 80,000ac of USFS lease. Our newly remodeled lodge has 7 bedrooms and 5 baths. We have a 104 degree natural hot springs (cowboy hot tub) flowing at 2500 gal/min. 1000 head of cattle and 40 head of horses for all abilities provide lots of "Real Deal" cowboy fun. We have remote cabins located on the outer edges of the ranch, adjacent to The Little Flattops (Routt National Forest), where you can walk to fishing, hiking and endless photography opportunities for Elk, Deer, Eagles, Bears and more. We'll tailor a vacation for you or your group or your entire family.

Morning Breakfast and Cowboss plans for the day. Cattle drive or ride to remote areas to check on ranging cattle. Experienced ropers can participate in doctoring cattle. Lunch and personal free time (hot tub, fishing, trip to Steamboat, or just relaxing). Evening instructional training in area - penning, sorting, roping and riding. Dinner and evening time at Lodge.
