The Settlers Ridge offers two-bedroom condominiums located at the entrance to Deer Valley area. It is just blocks to Main Street and Deer Valley Resort. Settlers Ridge condos are conveniently located on Park City's free transportation route and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops on Main Street. Amenities include underground parking and outdoor common area hot tubs. Units are upper silver and will receive housekeeping every other day of the guests stay. Check in at the Park Avenue Condos front desk located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive in Park City Utah (across the street from Albertsons). Once you've checked in, proceed to the Settlers Ridge Condos located at 564-568 Deer Valley Drive. Please Note: The Park Avenue condos front desk is opened daily from 8:00a. to 9:00p. seasonally from December 1st through April 12, 2009. The Park Avenue front desk is closed from April 13 until May 21 and September 7 until December 1st, 2009 (check in via lockbox attached to the exterior wall of the Park Avenue front office). The Park Avenue front desk is open daily from 10:00a. to 8:00p. from May 22 - September 6, 2009. Front desk and Settlers Ridge spa hours may vary per season, call for more information.
