Xaman Ha Condominiums is within Playacar, a subdivision of the town of Playa del Carmen, 45 minutes south of Cancun International Airport. Xaman Ha Condominiums is in a beachfront two story complex which is divided into three different wings. It features a nice, shared swimming pool which is surrounded by gorgeous green areas and tropical vegetation. A palapa roof and other covered areas are available for your comfort and relaxation. The complex is right on the beach and only 5 minutes away from famous Playa del Carmen Downtown and its boisterous and cosmopolitan 5th Avenue. During holiday and high seasons, maid service is provided 6 times a week, while in summer, it is 3 times a week. Maid service includes bed linens and towels. Parking place is outside the complex. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. From Playa del Carmen: Cancun is just 40 miles north and the island of Cozumel is 40 minutes by boat across the channel (10 minutes by air). Also, the Xcaret Eco Archaeological Park is almost next door, and not much farther are major archaeological sites such as Tulum and Natural Park Xel-Ha.
