The Placencia Hotel is a new luxury resort located on the southern peninsula just north of the Placencia village. The resort is on nine acres of land with 600 feet of white sandy beach. The Placencia Hotel, opened in November 2003 with 18 duplex villas, in December 2004 we added 12 Suites to our property for a total of 42 accommodations, a new addition by Feb 2007 of 48 suites. We offer a gourmet restaurant with a private wine cellar, an infinity pool that is the finest in the country, where vacationers can swim up to a full menu palapa bar that overlooks the beautiful Caribbean Sea. On the property we have bicycles, ocean kayaks and dive shops as well as a sea spa that will pamper you during your stay at The Placencia Hotel.
