Our house is about 2,5 km away from the noisy center of punta and only 800 mts from the beach in a beautiful neighbourhood.
we have 6 rooms all with garden view and max 15 people
Great town for a bike 10 min to down town, 4 min to the beach. 4 min to punta shopping. Buy fresh fish, good meat, lovely wine, tasty baguettes etc. and have a nice BBQ in the garden or in our great kitchen. The garden is filled with the noises of little parrots and other singing birds.
because we are local we know were to go surfing, dancing ,shopping or else

Please note that during the Christmas time , 27 DEC to 10Jan, Cancelations must be done at least 10 prior arrival, otherwise the first night will be charged and deposit not refunded.

from punta bus terminal best option take a taxi, costs uss 5

you can also take the microbus , guet down in 12 brava
beach and walk 200 mts to taxi stop were they will tell you the way to arrive ( 600 mts more)
