Welcome Home to Valencia, we have available a new building with lift close to Plaza de la Reina in historical city centre, with five apartments upto 2 people sleeping in a double bed, with balcony, kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom en suite, air conditioning, tv, dvd, internet connection with a charge of 20€.
A new building close to Central Market in historical city heart, no lift, 3 studios are at your disposal with kitchenette, washing machine/dryer, balcony, air conditioning, double bed and sofa bed, bathroom and internet connection with a charge of 20€

Public car park 50 m away.

In el Carmen neighborhood with lift:
-Two apartments for six, sleeping in two double bedrooms and one double sofa bed. It has two bathrooms, kitchen and big living rooom.
In Port area, with lift:

-Two sunny penthouses located close to the Formula 1 circuit and beaches, for four people, sleeping in 4 individual beds. With a big terrace.
In Universities and Mestalla football stadium, 2 comfortable apartments upto 6 people in a building with lift, 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom with jacuzzi, air conditioning, fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, tv, dvd, and free wi fi internet conection.

Directions

If you've chosen a studio in Calle Martín Mengod 6, and If you come by train, or from the airport by Xativa's metro station, it’s very easy to arrive walking at the apartment. Estación del Norte is in front of the City Hall, so, take this way and cross this big square and take the last street on the left called María Cristina. Go down, take the street in front of the Central Marcket, called Calle Mantas, this same street turns in Calle Martín Mengod in a few meters: Wellcome to Vlc-apartaments.

If you´ve chosen an studio in Plaza del Mercado 10, follow the instructions obove untill Maria Cristina Street, it turns in to Plaza del Mercado.

If you've chosen the apartment in Calle Santo Tomás 16 or Santa Teresa 23, follow the instructions above, is very close.

Or if you have chosen the penthouses in Calle Bello, located at the end of Avenida del Puerto, you can take the bus number 2, 4, 19 or N8 from Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Hall) or metro station 'El Grau', Calle Bello is at the end of Avenida del Puerto.

If you´ve chosen the Universities and Mestalla area you can use the metro stop 'Facultades' to go to Pasaje Doctor Bartual Moret or Calle Guardia Civil.
