Individual house in the center of the village of La Granja (10 kms from Segovia) with 180 sqm aprox. Maximum capacity 14 people following disposition:

1 double room 2 people
1 double room with bunk bed 2 people
1 large room with three bunk bed 6 people
1 warehouse with sofa bed 2 people
1 sitting room with sofa bed 2 people

In case to share the house with more travellers, each bedroom has key in the door for private and safe use.
The house have bed linen, kitchen gadgets and cutlery for 14 people.
Ground floor: dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and individual patio with garden table and chairs.
First floor: three bedrooms and bathroom with bath.
Warehouse floor : sofa bed and table with chairs.
The customer will receive the house fully equipped with all the kitchen gadgets and linen bed in perfect conditions.


All included with the price, like hot and cold water, heating and light. The customer can uses all the services of the house, although all the capacity is not fully ocuppied. Breakfast included in the price.

Attention reservations for '6 PEOPLE MIXED ROOM': we accept reservations for this bedroom with a minimum capacity of 4 people.

You will find restaurants and pubs close the house with good prices. Supermarket and money dispenser (ATM) at only 2 minutes walking.

Transport facilities:
Pick up service (from Segovia Bus/Train Station) with an extra charge of 5€ (on request).
Taxi station at 5 minutes.
Bus station at 10 minutes.
Train station (high speed) to Madrid and North Spain at 20 minutes.
Madrid is at 1 hour by car and bus, and 30 minutes by train.
Sky stations at 15 minutes.
