High Class Hostel

High Class Hostel is located in the residential area of Suceava city center, on a quiet street. You have easy access to the bus station (5 min walk) and to the train station (15 min by bus).

We have a beautiful garden with over 1,000 tulips that bloom every spring in April and May. The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious rooms, plus nice bathrooms.

At High Class Hostel you will find here both a welcoming atmosphere, but also very palpable advantages. Such as:

- Brand new furniture (comfortable IKEA beds and mattresses);
- English - Swedish speaking staff, so that you'll have somebody to chat with whenever you please;
- Tours around Suceava and neighborhood - the owner of the hostel will also be your personal tour guide!
- We have a total of 18 beds, 3 rooms with 4 beds each and 1 room with 6 beds (bunk style).


Remember also that the price includes tea (green, black and fruit flavours) and coffee (instant and Turkish style) all day long.

Over the years, the hostel has welcomed a couple of thousands of people and has been listed in Lonely Planet Romania & Moldova 2004 & 2007 and ROUGH GUIDE Romania (2008) as the author's choice. The hostel has been listed in Let's Go and Petit Fute.

Directions

- From Suceava train station (local people call it BURDUJENI, pronounced boor-doo-geni) you may get on the bus #2, pay 1.5 lei onboard per person and get off at McDonald's. No need to buy tickets in advance: there is a lady on the bus and you give to her 1.5 lei per person for the trip.
- From Suceava Nord train station (local people call it ITCANI, pronounced eets-kan), get on bus no 5, pay 1.5 lei onboard and get off at McDonald's.
- Stand backwards to McDonald's, and start walking up Nicolae Balcescu Street until the round-about. At the round-about take the 2nd street clockwise from your left (an old church called Saint Nicholas will be on your left side) and walk uphill until you see a block building some 3 floors high which is known by locals as 'BAIA'. There used to be a sauna here, hence the name. You'll see a big advertising on this building saying 'TRANS DMV EUROPA'.
- Here you turn left and walk another 150m. The hostel is in a white and purple house on your left.

From the bus station:

Stand backwards to the sign of ATLASSIB and walk the street to the right: now you are at the round about, where the road splits in 4 directions (from a different street this time), take the 3rd one clockwise from your left. Walk up until you see the a big block building on which there is a poster saying TRANS DMV EUROPA: walk another 100m and you'll see a white and purple house on your left.

Absolutely no need to take a taxi to the hostel: from the bus station it's a 400m walk and from any of the train station it's 15 min by bus.
