Costta Apartments

Costta Apt is located in Alfama, a typical neighbourhood in the heart of the city. Self catering apartments located in an old building 2nd and 3rd floors, each one inspired in a different artist.

Warhol Apartment (35sqm) is for 2 persons (but it may have3 or 4 person by an extra payment of 20 euros per person per night please book for 2 persons then e-mail us telling us how many are you) and includes a double bed room (bed 1.40m wide) a living room, a kitchenette with view to the river and a bathroom with shower.

Lichtenstein Apartment (29sqm) is for 2 (but can fit 3 or4 persons for short stays please book for 2 persons and then e-mail us telling how many are you) because is very small. It includes a double bed room (bed 1,40m wide) with a very small window with view to the river, a Living room, a Kitchen and a bathroom with shower.


In both of the apartments the living room has a sofa bed (1.50m wide), a table for 4, a cd player with some Portuguese music cd's, Lisbon guides and Art books. The kitchenette/Kitchen has microwave, electric stove fridge with freezer and a washing machine.

The Linen and towels are included and there are 2 electric heaters for winter.

Tthe price of your reservation only includes 2 persons. In case you want to book the room for 4 persons please let us know by e-mail so that we can prepare the sofa bed in the living room.

Please note that in this case an extra payment of 20 euros per night per person shall be due.

No reception area. The management office hours are everyday day from 9 am to 20 pm.

It is mandatory that you call us when you arrive in Lisbon, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time.

Check in: 13 pm to 20 pm

Late check in charges:

25 euros (20:01 pm to 23:00 pm)

50 euros (23:01 pm to 4:00 am)

Check out: 11 am

Cash on arrival: The remaining balance is due on arrival in cash euros only. Other currencies, credit cards, or checks are not accepted.

48 hrs. Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you the first night accommodation

Directions

Directions (how to arrive at the establishment) : From the Airport the best is to take a taxi, which will cost you 10/15 Euros to Alfama (For better service take the taxi up in the departures entrance as the taxi drivers are in a better mood for short distances….DO not pay more than €15!) Tell the taxi driver that the street is in ALFAMA and to get there by Rua dos Remedios ( most Alfama is closed to trafic )

If you arrive by train get out of the train at Santa Apolonia station and walk strait from the main entrance pass to the military museum and then after the first street turn right up the first stairs. Go up, turn right again and then left. In the first street there will be a square. Rua Santo Estevão is the street in the lower part of the square nearby the children playground
