Bolod's Suburban Guesthouse

-My guesthouse in the suburb is located on Peace Avenue that links Sukhbaatar Square and the Chinggis Khaan International Airport in Ulaanbaatar. The location is at 7km from the airport, 7km from train station and at 10km from Sukhbaatar Square. In cold winter, I invite you to stay out of the very crowded city center.

Go on one of my tours where I will drive myself out of Ulaanbaatar, to nomadic families or to tank driving and shooting ranges !!!

In case you are 2 and more persons, I drive you to the city center and back free of charge. By the way, a station of airport bus No. 22 is at 60meters from the guesthouse. The appartment is on 2nd floor of a 3-storey yellow building which is connected to the central heating and water supply. It has 2 rooms with high ceilings and big windows, a shower room, a toilet, a balcony and a kitchen. We have a free internet access in your room. Staying in my suburban guesthouse, you can also observe how common people of Ulaanbaatar live as well as you visit suburb a school and a suburb kindergarden.


Supermarkets, canteens and a high-speed are found at 40-200meters from us.

The Bolod's Suburban Guesthouse operates during winter and spring time while the Bolod's Guesthouse in the dowtown is closed for slow tourist season. Bolod's Suburban Guesthouse operates from November 1st till May1st.
