All rooms feature: One queen size bed or two double beds, in-room safety deposit box (extra cost), alarm clock, air conditioning, plasma TV with satellite, dial phone, wireless internet, amenities, wake up calls, etc.


The hotel is perfect to get to all the places of interest in Playa del Carmen – beaches, shopping malls, restaurants, etc… - without affecting your budget.

Insider tips: During the day visit our Beach Club, umbrellas, towels, lounge chairs included and special discounts on food and beverages. You can also book ecological tours (Selvatica, Crococun, etc,) or visit cultural archaeological sites like Xcaret, Tulum, Xel-Ha, CHichen-Itza, Coba.

Kids stay free from 0 to 12 years old, kids from 13 years and older pay as an adult.

HIGH SEASON POLICIES:
For stays from December 23rd to January 2nd, full payment will be charged to your credit card upon reservation; no refunds, no exceptions. If your credit card is declined the booking will be automatically cancelled and the room reassigned. Debit cards are not accepted for these dates.
