Casa Noria

Located in the middle of a privada, or private walkway, the Casa Noria is a tranquil place. The house was designed to provide comfort and great space to our guests.

Casa Noria is based on the concept of the European 'Pensione' or guest house more private than a hostel and more personal and less expensive than a hotel.

The kitchen and is shared, but not all the bathrooms, and it's not right in the center of town (which actually makes it quieter than more centrally located places), but the Casita is pretty, clean, comfortable, and a very good deal. The city bus runs right outside our main gate and cabs are inexpensive and readily-available, if you don't feel like walking. www.casanoria.com.mx

How do you get to Guanajuato?
From the U.S.:
There are several airlines that have non-stop flights to Leon International Airport (BJX). Continental, American, and Delta Airlines offer direct flights from many major cities in the United Staes.

From Mexico City:
You can get to Guuanajuato by air or ground. By plane, there are several options, Mexicana, Aeromar, or Aeromexico . They have various flights and schedules during the day and night. The flight from Mexico City is approximately 50 minutes.
From Tijuana:
Two airlines, including AVolar and Volaris both have nonstop flights to Leon, Guanajuato.
By ground, you can travel from either Mexico City or almost any of the other major cities in Mexico by the bus lines. ETN, and FLECHA AMARILLA have daily service to Guanajuato. In Mexico City, the bus service is offered from the ?OBSERVATORIO? bus station. Upon arriving to the Mexico City airport, we recommend that you take an airport-approved taxi to the bus station. There is a counter located within the terminal area, before the final gate and after customs, where you should arrange for the taxi.

The Casa Noria is located in the Colonia Norialta, a typical Mexican neighborhood, about a 15-minute walk from the centro. It's not right in the centro, but then that's what makes it much less expensive and much more peaceful.

Getting to the Casa Noria once in Guanajuato
As the Casa is nestled in a small private walkway , ask for the local taxi drivers, or call us, we like to meet our guests, either at the bus station (if they're coming by bus) or at the airport. Ask for our shuttle rates.
