Desert Camp

Campsite with big or small tents in Wadi Araba and/or Wadi Rum. Acommodation is in tents. Food is prepared and enjoyed together. Breakfast and dinner is always included.

Transportation from the Bedouin village in Petra to the camp in Wadi Araba and Wadi Rum is also included.

We meet at the Bedouin village in Petra, where any excessive luggage can be left at the home of the tourleader. From there we go by pickup-truck into the desert.

Talking with the hosts it is possible to take part in organized dessert tours all over Jordan (Wadi Araba, Wadi Ram) or some of the main turistic attractions (Petra, Aqaba, etc.), on small groups, with transportation and food included.

Directions

From the busstation in Wadi Musa to the Bedouin village in Petra it's easy to take a taxi for about 2JD. When you reach the Bedouin village you can see signs for Nawaf desert camp, it's next to the mosque.

If needed and agreed beforehand a pickup from Wadi Musa can be arranged.
