Avitabile’s Bed And Breakfast

There is no 24/24 receiving service, so in order to avoid long waits, it’s necessary to communicate by fax (preferred), e-mail or by telephone, well in advance, the supposed time of arrival.
In case of failure to notice the time of arrival, guests’ reception is possible only at the following times:
- from 1,00-1,30PM and from 7,30-8,00PM (on Sunday);
- from 8,00-9,00AM, from 1,30-2,00PM and from 8,30-9,00PM (the other days).
Guest reception on other time tables is possible only if the owner and the personnel allow it.
Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival time.

THIS BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BREAKFAST (Euro 5,00 extra a day per person), which you can request and pay at the place.

Large and fine apartment, freshly restructured, close to the city walls, 10-15 minutes walking distance from Arena and Juliet’s house, close to a free parking place (with no time limit).

The three bathrooms (one each room) are to be used by the guests.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE YOU WILL HAVE TO:
- call one of the following numbers (339/4631020 - 329/6864621 the owner);
- pay a deposit of 50,00 euro for a single and/or double room, or 100,00 euro for the triple and/or quadruple room, for the keys, towels and blankets. This amount will be returned on the day of departure after inventory check has been done.
This deposit isn’t the same deposit (commission) that you paid to the intermediary agency.

Directions

How to get there:
Coming from the highway Milano-Venezia(A4) or from Bologna-Modena(A22),get out to Verona Nord tollbooth. Turn right and take the road to the down town (to S.Massimo, S. Lucia, Stadio,etc.)till its end.
At the end of it you will see a traffic light, stay on the left hand side and go straight on,pass another traffic light.
At the second traffic light, turn left and go to Corso Milano, direction Garda Lake.
Turn right into Marco Polo street and go straight on for 200 meters; take the third on the right (Via Vivaldi), and go on until the Stop: you will find yourself in Cristoforo Colombo Street, if you take the first right you have arrived in via Bottego.
The first gate on the right hand side belongs to us(number 2).
