Grimaldi Apartments 2

Our apartments are located in the centre of Venice; they are all fully furnished, and offer possibility to have more freedom during you vacation.

The apartments are close to Santo Stefano and really close to waterbus stops, and we organize meeting for key collection.

The Apartments are Studio-apartments with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

At the arrival you must pay 25,00 Euros for the transfer from the nearest waterbus stop to the apartment and for towels sheets and blankets supply ( the housekeeper doesn’t wash dishes and doesn’t throw away the garbage, so you will be charged of en extra 50,00 Euro fee if you leave dirty dishes and garbage in the apartment).

In case your arrival will be after 9:00 p.m. you will be charged of an extra 15,00 Euro fee for the check-in, so the total amount will be 40,00 Euros that you have to give to our agent. For arrival after Midnight the price will be 60 Euros.

Please note that this property has a 72 Hours cancellation policy.

Please notice that on 24th and 31st december our agency will not be able to accept any arrivals after 15:00(3p.m.). On 25th december and 1st january the agency will not accept any arrival.

Located in a quiet and characteristic area of the town, few minutes walking to Accademia Bridge and 10 minutes to Rialto or S. Mark's Square, comfortable for public transport.

Waterbus stop can be San Samuele( line 82) or San' Angelo (line1)
