Cosy Apartments

Querini:
This is a very comfortable and pleasantly furnished apartment on the second floor, tucked away in a quiet and pretty corner. There is an entrance hall leading to a cosy living room with a sofa bed and an excellent kitchen area.

The main bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is separate from the shower room so guests can use the facilities at the same time. There is also a private terrace which features views of Chiesa della Pietà.
Doge:
The Doge apartment is located in the same building as the Querini, 3 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. Located on the first floor, it is a spacious apartment comprising a large entrance hall and living room, ample kitchen, a bathroom and a big bedroom.


The large bedroom features a loft with two single beds upstairs and a double bed downstairs. With high ceilings, large windows, fine furnishings, this renovated apartment boasts a rare feeling of spaciousness right next to San Marco.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

- All units are private apartments WITHOUT A RECEPTION DESK and you will be scheduled for an appointment at the apartment with a particular person in charge of your arrival. Therefore your best possible indication of a specific arrival time and updates concerning any changes (delays etc.) are essential and will ensure the best possible entry process.

- Key collection can take place from Monday to Friday from 15.00 until 19.00.

- We cannot guarantee an earlier check-in because of possible departures from the same apartment on the same day as well as the time required for cleaning the apartment. At times early arrival is possible if no cleaning is scheduled
After 19.00 and on Saturdays and Sundays the service is not included and a small fee must be payed on the spot. On Saturdays and Sundays until 19.00 the check in service fee is Euro 10,00. All days from 19.00 until 00.00 the check in service fee is Euro 25,00.


- the apartment must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the last day of rental period, if not otherwise agreed between Cosy Apartments and the client;

- upon the client’s request, we may arrange a private water taxi transfer from the airport directly to the apartment. Rate is EUR 100, one way (up to 4 people) and EUR 120, one way (up to 6 people).

Cancellation Policy:
Before 72 Hours before arrival or you will be charged the amount of the first night of stay.

- Please if you can have with you copy of you ID in order to facilitate the check in.

Directions

How to reach the apartment:
From Venice airport take bus n.5 and get off in Piazzale Roma.
From train station or Piazzale Roma take boat number 1 and get off in San Zaccaria.
From San Zaccaria boat station turn right and cross two bridges.
you will find on your left La Pieta church, turn left into Calle Della Pieta.
Walk straight on until the end and turn left into Calle drio de la Pieta.
Then turn right into Calle Bosello.
Turn the 1st street on your left into Calle Querini which becomes Ramo Querini and ends in Corte Querini.
The building's door is the 1st on your right: number 3688.
