In the real heart of Venice, our delightful apartments are the ideal starting point for whatever you want to do in the city.

Maximum 15/20 minutes walking from shopping areas, such as Calle XXII Marzo and Mercerie zone,and the most famous architectural masterpieces St. Mark' Square with its Basilica, the Palazzo Ducale and the Rialto Bridge.

Near St. Mark's you can enjoy a beautiful promenade along the Riva degli Schiavoni, that leads you to the St. Elena Island.

All of our apartments are equipped for a pleasant stay and all comforts you may need are guaranteed. They are composed of a living room with sofabed and tv,a kitchenette or kitchen corner with 4 hobs, oven or microwave, washing machine.

Check in is from 3 pm to 7.30pm. Late check in has to be confirmed by us and a little supplement of 55 euro will be request if you arrive before 23:30 and if you arrive later the charge will be 70 euro. In case of late arrival please advise us, otherwise it will be dfficult to arrange a new meeting and you will have to pay a penalty fee for compensation.

We accept Visa and Mastercard only.

Please note that at your arrival you will have to pay a deposit of 300 Euro that will be given back to you at your departure if nothing get broken or dameged during your stay on the apartment.

Directions

If you arrive by car: the nearest parking area is in Piazzale Roma and it costs € 21.00 per day.We suggest you to park in Mestre that is cheaper.
If you arrive by train: form Santa Lucia statio you have several boat services to reach your destination.
If you arrive by plane:form Marco polo airport (Venice) you can take the bu nr 5 or the Alilaguna service (boat); from Canova airport (Treviso), you can take the shuttle bus and reach Piazzale Roma and then take the public boat service to your final destination.
