La Casa Di Pietra

'La Casa di Pietra' is situated in San Baronto Lamporecchio, roughly 13 Km far from Pistoia; the house was built on the beginning of 19th century and it is a stone house where the owners live. On the first floor there are four rooms for guests with 2 bathrooms to share.

The house is situated on Montalbano Hill with sorrounding olive trees, pinewood and chestnut trees. Our position is central to visit Tuscany art cities like Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa and Siena.

We are friendly and hospitable with our guests, we like to make them feel at home. At the same time we respect our guests privacy when they need it.

We have our private garden where guests can relax

Directions

Nobody comes to our village without a car as it is not easy to move on foot. There is no frequent bus service passing through our village.


By bus: The only bus services are:
From Pistoia: Direction Empoli through San Baronto.
From Empoli: Direction Pistoia through San Baronto.
The stop is San Baronto, the first stop near Via Della Chiesa. Once there take Via Della Chiesa and then Via Nardini to the Camping, Before the Camping, on the right, customers will find our sign La casa di Pietra B&B.

By plane: there are 2 possibilities:
-From Pisa Airport normally our customers rent a car. Or at Pisa Airport they can catch the train to Empoli or Pistoia where they can take the bus as explained
above.
-From Florence Airport there is a bus to Florence railway station, where you can take a train to Pistoia and then take a bus as explained above.

By car: on the motorway named 'A11' which start in Florence and finish in Pisa, exit Pistoia. From the motorway exit go on towards Empoli. You will arrive straight into San Baronto which is middle way between Pistoia and Empoli. From San Baronto follow directions to camping which is very well signed posted. Just before the main entrance to the camping you will find our sign on the right.
