La Villa B&b

'La Villa' is situated in a small and inhabited center named 'Villa Pitignano', 8 Km from the historic centre of Perugia.

The structure is composed of 3 big rooms, all with private bathroom . In all rooms there is a private TV. In the living room there is a big fireplace with seating.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, all to possible and free use of the hosts. The breakfast can be served inner or outside on the external large terrace where you can hear the sound of the nature. On the external terrace there is also a BBQ to free use of the hosts.

Payment: Cash only, on arrival.
Check-in: after 12:30pm until 22pm.
Check-out: before 10:30am.

By car:


From the north:
A1 motorway Florence-Rome from north (from Florence), exit Valdichiana then take the junction Bettolle-Perugia, towards Cesena-Ravenna, until the exit Ponte Felcino. From the exit Ponte Felcino follow the signposts to Villa Pitignano.

When you are at Villa Pitignano, after the pharmacy, cross the railroad and after 20 mt turn left and go, after the curve, the first road on the left is Via Bacchilide, and the number 16 is in front of you.

E-45 clearway Ravenna-Rome, exit Ponte Felcino. From the exit Ponte Felcino follow the signposts to Villa Pitignano.

When you are in Villa Pitignano, after the pharmacy cross the railroad and after 20 mt turn left and go, after the curve, the first road on the left is Via Bacchilide and the number 16 is in front of you.

From the south:
A1 motorway Rome-Florence from south (from Rome), exit Orte and take E-45 to Cesena-Ravenna , until the exit Ponte Felcino. From the exit Ponte Felcino follow the signposts to Villa Pitignano.

When you are to Villa Pitignano , after the pharmacy, to cross the railroad and after 20 meters turn to left and go, after the curve , the first road on the left is Via Bacchilide and the number 16 is in front of you.

From the centre of Perugia by car:

Follow the signposts to Monteluce; from the square, take Via Eugubina down to Ponte Felcino and follow the signpost to Villa Pitignano.

When you are at Villa Pitignano, after the pharmacy, cross the railroad and after 20 mt turn left after the curve. The first road on the left is Via Bacchilide, and the number 16 is in front of you.

From the centre of Perugia by bus:

Pick up in Piazza Italia the bus number 8 to Villa Pitignano and get off at the second bus stop after cross the railroad when you are in Villa Pitignano.
10 mt coming down there is Via Bacchilide and the number 16 is in front of you.

You can pick up the local FCU train too from the centre of Perugia to Villa Pitignano, from S.Anna rail station.

By train:

from the central station of Perugia take bus n° 8 to Villa Pitignano and drop off at the second bus stop after cross the railroad when you are in Villa Pitignano.
10 mt coming down there is Via Bacchilide and the number 16 is in front of you.

From Ponte S. Giovanni station you can take the local FCU train and stop at Villa Pitignano (300 m from the BB). When you drop off, after 20 mt turn left and go. After the curve the first road on the left is Via Bacchilide and the number 16 is in front of you.

By airplane:
From S. Egidio Airport, Perugia: 8 km (shuttle service on request € 10).
Out of airport take right direction sign Perugia.
Drive about 600mt and turn left direction sign Perugia/Autostrada A1,
Follow sign Perugia (about 1 Km ) untill big highway E45. Enter in the highway and take direction Ravenna/Cesena ( 500 mt on right).
Drive about 5 Km on the highway until exit Ponte Felcino.
From the exit Ponte Felcino follow the signposts to Villa Pitignano ( Km 2 )
When you are to Villa Pitignano , after the pharmacy ( is on the right) , to cross the railroad and after 20 meters turn to left and go, after the curve , the first road on the left is Via Bacchilide and the number 16 is the house in front of you.

From Leonardo da Vinci Airport, Rome : 180 km direction Florence and than Orte/Perugia.
