We are a small resort of six Caribbean style cabins, located on a secluded beach front just a step away from the Trujillo Bay.
Each cabin has a view of the ocean, with a large porch and hammock and private bath with lots of hot water.
Everyday is a weekend in this lush jungle setting with a cloud forested mountain backdrop and the crystal clear and uncharted waters of the past. Visit a quaint town and wander the cobble stoned streets of the past, where all the history is intertwined with the present. Stand where Colombus stood in all his glory when he found the new world, and where O' Henry wrote about the town in his book.
Explore the rugged jungle rivers or climb a mountain on an old Spanish trail, or just relax in the splendor of an isolated, yet beautiful stretch of white sand beach.

Yes, we are a short distance from a town and you need to hop on a chicken bus, grab a taxi or walk to the beach, but you get to meet the native people and experience the feel of the raw land. Charter a fishing boat to snorkel a virgin reef near by.
We have a great restaurant on site with a full bar and great food.
Bring a flash light and bug spray as we are close to the natural beauty of the jungle and we lose power once in a while, but most of all bring a smile because you will be happy being here and will want to stay longer.
Directions
We are located in Barrio Campamento 3 km west of Trujillo on the Road to Santa Fe.
Directions to here from the bus stop in Trujillo: It is best to catch a taxi, tell them to take you to Barrio Campamento and when you get there follow the signs to Tranquility Bay.
We are approx 3 km from town on the Road to Santa Fe. You will make three water crossings (feet get wet if you are not driving) and after the third one turn right on the first road (it has signs to Campamento and Tranquility Bay). At the split in the road go right and you are there.
