Le Clos De Morphee

This is your chance to stay in an ancient convent which has been tastefully renovated. The old convent is situated in the heart of a traditional French village, tucked behind the village church. In the village you will find a three bars, one hotel/restaurant, grocery store, Tourist information Office and Post Office. There is free taxi service from the village to the nearest train station where you can get to Rodez, Albi and on to Toulouse (reservation taxi TER 0 891 677 677). There is also a local bus service.

We are about 2 hours drive to Carcassonne and 40 minutes drive to Rodez.

In Le clos de Morphée Hostel there are two rooms with 4 beds (1 bunk bed, 2 single), 2 rooms with 6 beds (2 bunk beds, 2 single). The bathroom has 3 showers and 2 separate WCs. Downstairs there is a large communal dining room with facilities to self cater. There are also 2 sofas and board games are provided.
There is a BBQ in the garden and a children's play area. The garden is large with plenty of opportunity for peace and quiet.

Directions

Situated just off the RN88 which links Albi and Rodez by the Viaduct de Tanus. The nearest airport is Rodez with links direct links from Dublin and Stansted via Ryanair. There is a direct train link from Rodez and Toulouse/Albi with the nearest station being Carmaux or Naucelle (taxi from these stations to Tanus is free if you reserve it 24 hrs in advance Taxi-TER 0 891 677 677).
