CARNIVAL BOOKINGS WARNING
Bookings involving any date of Carnival period (Feb 11 - Feb 17) must have a minimum stay of seven days (six at Carnaval rate) to be accepted, otherwise Open House will contact the guest to amend the booking. Carnival bookings require an additional 50% deposit within 7days of request to be accepted, made directly to Open House. Call us.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE NOTE
All booking balances will be calculated and reconfirmed using our local currency exchange rate available for tourists.

RESERVATION POLICY
On Cancellations, deposits made directly to Open House will be refunded at 75% only if made with 30 days prior to arrival, except when involving
packages as New Year, Carnival or Aparts. Credit card acceptance depends on Paypal transaction approval, when cannot be completed payments must be made in cash. A minimum stay of two nights is required to accept room bookings, and four for aparts.
