We don't just offer somewhere air conditioned, clean, comfortable and secure to sleep – whether you want to cool off in the pool, make new friends around the outdoor seating areas, surf the web or plan the rest of your trip at our in house tour desk we have everything you need and go out of our way to ensure your time in Townsville is memorable and enjoyable.

All of our Dorm rooms are air-conditioned and most have an en-suite toilet and shower, fridge and televisions in the room. We have Motel rooms which are serviced daily and all have en-suite bathrooms, fridges, tea and coffee making facilities and televisions in the room.


We're Townsville's most centrally located Hostel, set amongst historic pubs and funky bars in the main street of the CBD. Flinders Street East is the hub of Townsville's nightlife and entertainment precinct and Globetrotters are located one block from the Flinders Mall with two supermarkets, Reef HQ Aquarium and the Magnetic Island Ferry Terminal less than 10 minutes walk away.

Directions

5 Minutes walk from the Greyhound and Magnetic island Ferry Terminal. If you are at the terminal facing towards the road. Turn left and walk to the end of the street.
Turn your first left at the hotel and follow that street down to Flinders Street East.
Keep walking straight ahead, past Molly Malones Irish bar and we are on the right, on Flinders Street East.
