If Heaven were a hostel, Sarandas ‘Hairy Lemon Hostel’ would be it!
Our accommodation is set in a modern apartment building, that’s so central! Just a few minutes walk and you’re bang, smack in the middle of where its at!
And should you need to cool off, we’re just 20 metres from the sea.
Tastefully stylish throughout, with a chill-out area to meet everyone and hear tales of …. well, nearly truths!
Relax on one of our balconies and make sure the sun goes down! Enjoy the stunning views across the sea to the beautiful island of Corfu, the perfect place to unwind and round off a splendid day of adventure.
We have the comfiest hand-crafted beds, so gooood… only the smell of freshly brewed coffee could tempt you from your cocoon!

All excuses aside, we have a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, where you can show off your gastronomical delights! And a barbeque spot, especially for seafood hotties.

We’re a small, cosy hostel, perfect for single travellers, couples and groups to mix and mingle with our friends from around the globe.

From the Port (10min walk)

With your back to the Port turn left and continue on this coastal road (part tarmac and part dirt track) 1 km until you see a ‘Pharmacy Shop’ on the right, and opposite a little restaurant called 'Kasandro.' (150m past ‘Andon Lapa Hotel’, at the first intersection after ‘Andon Lapa’)
If you look up to the 8th floor above the Pharmacy, you'll see a 'hairy lemon' banner and an Albanian flag hanging from our balcony.
Go to the opposite side of this building to find the entrance and take the lift to the 8th floor.
From the lift go left, and the 'Hairy Lemon' awaits you, behind the last door on the left!


From Bus Station.

Buses arriving into town, dont always drop you at the Bus Station! From the drop-off point of the Bus, make your way to the Sea. With the Sea on your left continue along coast until you reach the Port, or ask directions to the Port. (Follow directions from the Port).
