Boutique Stays - the best in Melbourne! I stayed at two of the Boutique Stays properties when we were in Melbourne. Both were fantastic! The kids had their own rooms, there was a lovely secure outdoor area with Bar-be-que that we loved using and it was clean & had everything we needed. Plus weekly cleaning service! Can't wait to go back & try one of their other properties! |

Our stylish and unique properties can be found across various suburbs of Melbourne, including the city and Southbank, St Kilda, Elwood, Brighton, Abbotsford, Port Melbourne, Caulfield, Parkville, Albert Park, Middle Park, South Melbourne, Balaclava, Richmond, Sandringham and Aspendale.
All within easy reach of sightseeing, shopping, and fantastic cafes and restaurants. Experience the unique style of Boutique Stays accommodation when next visiting Melbourne!
Sleeps & # of Bedrooms
We have apartments for 1-2 people, through to cottages that can cater for 4, or houses that can accommodate 7 or 8. We are bound to have something perfect for your needs!
Amenities
All have TV's, and kitchens (2 of the 1 bedroom properties have a kitchenette ie no oven), bathrooms, etc. Various amenities depending on the property - check our website for all features and amenities or contact us with your specific requirements and we'll find the best property to suit!
Restrictions
No smoking indoors at any of our properties.
Rates & Availability
Rates vary, depending on the property you choose. We're certainly not at the backpacker scale but we're not 5 star opulence either! Just practical, functional, clean and stylish apartments and houses that are reasonably priced.
