With sea temperatures ranging from 16C in winter to 30C in summer, diving in Cyprus is available all year round. If you have never dived before, the warm clear waters around Cyprus make it the ideal place to start.

Here at ML Divers we have fully qualified PADI instructors, for whom diving is a passion. We have many dive sites to match your ability from the beginner to the most experienced diver. Cyprus offers a variety of sea life including Octopus, Moray eels, Groupers, Cuttlefish and even Turtles and Dolphins have been seen. The Zenobia Wreck, said to be one of the best 5 wreck dives in the world, is an absolute must for any serious diver.

In just a few days you can gain an internationally recognised PADI licence, which enables you to go anywhere in the world and explore the underwater world. Or simply take a morning out to experience the Discover Scuba Diving program which is a fully recognised PADI certification which lasts for a year.

Age range, type of group

Practically anyone can enjoy a scuba diving experience from 8 to 80.

Restrictions

Some medical conditions - such as colds, flu, injury or pregnancy -- will temporarily restrict diving. Injuries to joints and muscles may not only reduce diving ability but also increase susceptibility to decompression illness. Therefore, it is best to postpone diving until injuries are fully healed.
You may be asked to provide a pysicians approval if you have a history of the following conditions
.
heart or lung disease;
an unexplained loss of consciousness or "blackout";
a history of nausea or vomiting;
the use of prescription or non-prescription medications;
shortness of breath;
repeated trouble clearing air spaces;

Rates & Availability

Rates depend largely on what type of diving you want to do, whether you have your own equipment and how how many dives you want to do.
The introducion to diving (Discover Scuba Diving) program is only 50 Euros.
The Open Water Course is 375 Euros.
