Located on the Loire-Vienne borders we are well placed for visits to the beautiful and historic towns of Saumur, Tours, Angers, Richlieu, Chinon and Poitiers. Scenic countryside, the Loire-Anjou-Tourraine National Park, numerous noteworthy chateaux and vineyards surround the area.
Immediately located on the edge of the Scevolles forest and set within 50 acres of private land offering a very peaceful and tranquil retreat. Local village of Monts-sur-Guesnes with all conveniences is only 2km away.

Accommodations

Our gites have been converted to offer luxury accommodation and provide a clean, relaxing and harmonious environment with their simple design and comforts. All gites are self-catering and come fully equipped with excellent facilities and high standard appliances. Most of the bedrooms offer an ensuite shower room and are supplied with 100% quality cotton bed linen and towels. There are separate dining and living room areas and each has a terrace for outside dining/lounging.

At present we do not offer facilities for pets
As a health retreat we cater more towards the adult market and offer a tranquil and relaxing environment for those wishing to unwind either by using the facilities here and taking advantage of the therapies on offer or by exploring the local area and its leisure pursuits; riding, cycling, walking, golf, fishing, watersports, wine-tasting, historic tours and sight-seeing.
Individuals, couples, groups of friends as opposed to the families with young children market.
Non-smoking in all interior spaces.

Rates & Availability

Rates vary according to the accommodation, season and length of stay selected.
From 3 nights in low season at 325e (1 bed gite) up to 1550e per week (4 bed gite) in high season.
Prices may vary at times when we are holding workshops we will offer a package price.

Directions

Poitiers/Tours - for airports and train stations with connecting trains from Paris and the Eurostar
By ferry - from Dover - Calais or Newhaven - Dieppe plus approx 5 hour drive to le retreat.
