Swimming hole in river in back yard, picnic tables, sleeping cabin and barbeque are available at the river. Massive lawn areas, medows and trails are on the property. Large Hot tub is located on the back deck with access to a bathroom thru exterior door. Hiking and cross country skiing out the door. Private setting on easy access road.
