LETICIA is the capital of the AMAZON in Colombia and the neighbouring city of Tabatinga (Brasil) and Santa Rosa (Peru). Activities include jungle tours, visit to local indian communities (Huitutos, Ticunas, Yaguas), canoeing, sleeping in the jungle, study of medical plants and wildlife and nightlife.

The MAHATU hostel is a wooden house in traditional style with a phantastic jungle garden.
